I have a BB 8320, I had the BB OS 4.3, then I updated it to 4.5, Now I can't install the BB messenger, somebody can help me to solve this issue

Welcome to the forums.

Connect your device to your PC, and then launch Desktop Manager. Go into Application Loader. Locate BlackBerry Messager and place a check in the box beside it. Click next and it follow the prompts. It should install on your device.

i just got the new 8900. on my BBM i am not able to use the edit my info option. should i delete it and try adding it again??????

Have you tried removing the battery for 30 seconds and then try again?

Where is it saying you can't edit your info?

Do you happen to be on a BES?
