hi

Iam trying to parse XML from a string variable which i get through http. I can parse all the data except the CDATA section never shows up. i have the cdata section inside a node as follows.

<payLoad>
<![CDATA[
<a>
<b>Name is jack</b>
<c>26-Jan-2008</c>
</a>
]]>
</payLoad>

im able to reach the payload node, but could never retrieve the data of inside the cdata. Does anyone know how to retrieve it.

it's really urgent , im using DOM parser in JDE.
Can't we retrieve CDATA section using getNodeValue().?
