I had a good experience with them...got mine within 4 days of payment. 'Course, we didn't have to worry about customs, as I'm in Canada.
But all that other stuff seems pretty insane??!!

First you ordered the Bluespoon Digital from Impact_Wireless to complete your review and then you shipped the headset back to us. As you can see in your first statement, that the charge was processed by Impact Wireless.

Our return policy states a 15% restocking fee, which we deducted $33.75 CAD. We didn’t deduct any shipping fees as I agreed to pay the shipping fees for this order.

The remainder of $191.25 CAD was applied to the Flamingo headset that you agreed to purchase, once they arrive. The Flamingo headset was $144.95 + $20.00 CAD Shipping = $164.95 CAD Total. The end result was $26.30 CAD which was refunded on April 21, 2005. I have attached a copy of the refund and copies of your statement that you had forwarded to Impact Wireless.

In the meantime, I sent a Flamingo Prototype headset so you could complete your review, which you shipped back to Impact Wireless.

We originally shipped you the Flamingo headset on June 08, 2005, I’m not sure what happened to the first Flamingo, and without hesitation we sent another headset to you on June 23, 2005 as you claimed it never arrived; and todate you haven't returned the headset.

We have been extremely busy with our new retail store as we are in the process of offering FIDO as an option to our current services. We have been in training for several weeks. Our only fault to my knowledge is our customer service (email response), we have been growing at a rapid rate, and some areas weren't receiving the full attention that was needed. We have resolved this issue, with the help of new staff, which is currently receiving training and familiarization of our operations.

I had sent the GFN50 Credit, for your inconvenience to your email requests, two weeks ago.

So, there is a little more to the story than we were first told by barjohn.

I think review samples should be obtained from the manufacturer not a retailer. It's like buying an article of clothing and wearing it to a special event and then returning it to the store, for a refund.
