I have an 8700c. In the past week, two different people have attempted to send me an SMS message with a photo attached from their camera phone. Neither of those photos have come through -- no SMS, no photo, nothing.

Can the 8700c not receive a photo SMS or something?

Tell them to try using MMS message, and go to Options, MMS to make MMS is enabled on both BBs.

This may be an 8700g --whatever the Cingular version is.

I don't find the MMS options under my settings control panel.

8700g is TMobile. Could be disabled on a corporate BES setup?

Thanks due to Verizon purposely disbaling MMS on the 8703e, I returned mines due to that and a few other issues.
