I have a user who claims that he is having to turn his wireless off and then back on every morning in order to receive his emails. He says the battery is fully charged.

He is using a 8703e on Sprint. Anyone have similar problems or a solution?

1) can he still make a call before reseting the device?

2) is he somehow switching to another carrier's network on the drive home maybe?
