My bold constantly freezes. The hour glass is always going off, especially after loading a web page (even after it's done loading). The only way to stop it is to a) remove the battery or b) press the lock button 20 or 30 times, and reenter my password.

Also, 1/3rd of every time I click BBM, I get a message that says "uncaught exception blah blah blah" and BBM doesnt open. This happens usually at least 3 or 4 times before I can actually open up BBM.

Any suggestions? OS: v4.6.0.162

All the usual. Battery Pull, etc,etc,etc.
Wipe that bad boy and update your OS.

I had the same problem, now I'm running 4.6.0.221 and it doesn't happen (there are other issues, but they are so far very minor.

I had this on a prev. OS version, an upgrade resolved the issue
