I tried to help my friend who had issues with his 8900. His phone hard issues being slow so i decided to back up and do a restore after a wipe. The process went well, but he called me 5hours later that his enterprise icon had disappered.

I find it a bit strange, could it have disappered because his service is provided by the company he works for, they have a restriction system on their emails.

Look in Options / Advanced...
There should be an Enterprise Activation option there...

If you wiped the device it has lost his encryption/connection to his company BES server. He will need to contact his company BES Admin and go thru an enterprise activation again.
