I am very new to the Black Berry Enterprise Server. Our Black Berrys are syncing fine except for the calender. The calender only syncs from Exchange to the Phone not Phone to Exchange. Is there a setting I am missing?

I noticed in some postings refering to Exchange 2003 reference to cdo.dll file. Exchange 2007 does not have that installed. If it needs that where should that be put and where should it be on the Black Berry server?

You can go to Microsoft website to download the CDO version 1.21 software, and than install this into BES server. copy cdo.dll to Windows\system32 directory, make registration for CDO.dll, test your calendar. For the deatil information, please see BES server installation manual.
