I've followed all the instructions in the BlackberryFAQ Forum to change my ringtone on my 8330 (Profiles, Normal, Phone, changed the ringtone, saved, exited). Doesn't matter what I change it to, the same tune plays every time. How do I get the new tune to play? I've also tried going to Media, Ring Tones, selecting a tone and choosing Set As Ring Tone. Same result. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?

Are you clicking "save" after you make the change?

Edit, I see you said you saved it. Maybe you are choosing a song that's too long to be a ringtone? Is it a personal device or company device?

Is Normal the active profile? Silly question, I know, but just in case.....

It's a personal device and Normal is the active profile.

Just to double check in case you are missing a step -- make sure you are going to Profiles > Advanced > in the list of profiles select Normal, scroll down to phone.

Out of Holster: set to Tone
below that select your desired ringtone.

You can also set it for In Holster.

Save.
