Thanks god I have found this forum and thanks in advance for any one who will reply

I have three notifications from Conceivium sever with event IDs:

1- EventID: 30292 "New or changed Device - email pre-population triggered"
2- EventID: 10000 "Failed OTASL Upgrade Refresh"
3- EventID: 20032 "CreateXMLToWriteToDatabase - Zero timestamp value is invalid for Update request"

Can anyone explain to me these events?

1 - Someone switched devices, or EA'ed for the first time.
2 - It looks like your BBMGR tried to get an OTASL (Over The Are Software Load) update
3 - Not sure. Looks like it could be some handheld update that did not sync properly to the BES database for one user.
