Hey,
I have an 8800 & I can't receive MMS. It beeps & says I have one like it should, the service books are all good & correct but it just doesnt seem to want to retrieve the MMS for some reason.
Does anyone have any ideas before I stand on the bloody thing Cheers.

Do you have a BB data plan? Have you called the carrier?

Go to Options=>Advanced Options=>Push Browser and enable push WAP

Is MMS part of your data plan or does that depend on the carrier? Always thought that MMS was a separate service.

I would call the carrier.. My 8830 with 4.2.2 did not support MMS, whenever I got a picture message I had to go to VZW's site to retrieve the message.

I had the same problem once..turns out my service provider disabled the MMS
