hi guys,

i rerember see'n a post here about a hack (or something) for computers to charge there BB's without the desktop manager....

but i cant find it! does anyone know what it was or where the post is?

I don't know about the previous post, but we've done it sucessfully here by just installing the drivers. I had to actually install the Desktop manager to get them, but I was able to copy just the driver files to another computer and use them for charging. We have it on our standard desktop build now so that any computer can charge a device, even though we don't install the DM.

I charge mine all the time, without DM but I have a client pc that may have the drivers from prior users, who knows. What do they look like?
