xxx919;i, i have a problem when i am doing, or receiving calls.
Althought the Bluetooth are disabled, every time i want to make a call, or to receive one, i have to activate the handset, from the menu, otherwise i can't hear anything.
I don't have a bluetooth device, and i never used.
I couldn't find how to do it from the options, could you please help me?
Are you sure Bluetooth is disabled? Go to Manage Connections and uncheck Bluetooth.

Remove the battery from the device for 30 seconds and try again.
