I have a BB 8310 running OS 4.5.0.124 and connected to a BES server.

I have created a new contacts group on the BB but only seem to be able to add contacts one at a time. Is there a way of selecting multiple contacts and adding?

BlackBerry will only sync individual contacts, not groups if that's what you're asking.

I have been trying to add new contacts to a group on an older blackberry 7100v which I have recently been given. In the instructions it says press the continue key but nothing I have indicates which key this is and by now I think I have pressed every key on the phone to try to do this. Coiuld someone please help me? I get to the point of clicking on a name I want to add and from then on I cannot make the next step. Thank you so much.

I haven't used a 7100 in a LONG time. But it should be the same as any other device.

Address book > Press Trackwheel > Select New Group.
Name Group
Press Trackwheel > Add Member.
Select Contact

Repeat as necessary.
