Hi,

Having mega problems trying to add new Themes to my 9700

I have gone on App World downloaded some themes but on the phone when i go to them and click on them it says under all of the files unable to open.

I have downloaded them to my pc and tried via the app uploader i get the same problem.

On one or two when downloading via ota or straight from app world they say on the phone 'The application was successfully installed'
I then go to options and Themes where it should now be and there is nothing apart from the Precision Zen which was already on my phone.
So i search the phone and can not now find where this Theme has installed and i can not use it.

Can anyone shed any light here to help please before the BB goes for a flight test

Are you certain the themes are compatible with your device model and OS version?
