Issue: After removing one of the email addresses from BB, when synch'd, Outlook calendar no longer displayed any of my appts - still on BB, but nowhere to be found on Outlook. The BB shows as "Default" for email, but no email attached to it. On Outlook, no "Default" option for user, only email addresses.

Any suggestions on how to have these "Default" appts show up on Outlook now?

Sounds like you removed the address that was set as the default calendar.

Open options > advanced options > default services. Make sure the default CICAL and CMIME are set to an email address (not desktop or facebook, etc.) and that both are set to the same address.

Also, open calendar, then menu > options. Hightlight each of your other calendars and type move. This will move calendar entries to the new default calendar.

Then sync.
