i lost my blackberry 9360. can it be traced thru any means and should i hope that i'll get it back. idea was the service provider and when i spoke to their representative, they said they cant help. it was a brand new phone and had lots of imp data in it. plz help

Did you have an tracking software such as BlackBerry Protect or SnapSecure installed on the device?

If so, you might be able to track it through that software.

If not, then there's no way to track it.
