Few Questions

Phone is a week and a half old... might want to swap it out at store for a new one if in fact the problems i am having are the phone itself....
1. speakerphone has a metallic pinging to it.... not all the time, but most (almost like the grate is lose and moves when people talk)
2. keypad has some play in it... my old treo was solid, keys didnt move much, this moves more... normal or no?
3. sim card rejected error a few times (never had this with old phone, although i know it could be the sim now... maybe it got bad)
4. data connection refused... happened a few times... had cs remove BB service and put it back on... has not done that in about a week
other then that i love this phone!!!
if it needs to be replaced... 2 questions
1. is it easy to set it back up to my BES at work?
2. PIN #... does it change? i noticed the sticker inside the BB has the PIN on it... so do i get a new one?
