problem connecting BES to SRP

Hi everyone,
Please my company just recently installed the BES v4.0 integrated to Microsoft exchange server. The SRP ID, key and CAL were all added. Problem is that the RIM support say they can see we are attempting a connection but we are not currently connected.They say it is a firewall problem we need a (2 way connection to port 3101). The icon on the blackbeery manager is yellow. Please can any one provide a sample configuration of the firewall config (like an access list), with source address, destination address, ports and protocol to be allowed so we can input the values valid on our network. also, please could you recommend a test we can perform on our side to confirm that ev erything is ok.
