I would try first pulling the battery for a few minutes and restarting. Next, upgrading to the latest version of BB OS your provider has. The very latest for AT&T is the version in my signature and has a AT&T theme...If you have the latest, I'd try downloading and reinstalling a fresh copy of the OS. Lastly, I'd go to the store and see what they can do.
