If I need to install SP1 and SP2, does RIM do like Microsoft and include SP1 in SP2? Or d I have to do it in order?

SP2 include all fixes in SP1.

You Positive? SP 1 is 352 megs and Sp2 is 225 megs!

I'm positive. The SP1 file you have may be a full installer whereas the SP2 is just a service pack.

You should be aware when installing a service pack it usually need files from the originally installed program. Kinda like when you add a Windows component and it asks you for the CD.
