Very New at this...first great phone I have ever had...trying to learn by trying....trying to get online ..got handango on my browser screen ,saying download...Can't get rid of it to go online...browser icon shows Handago..Thanks for any help with this...Pocketpete

Do you have a data plan and is your BB resgiatered with the Tmo network.

Try pulling the battery off for a few minutes.

Still there when I try the browser icon..and it still shows screen with handango to be downloaded
