7230 New OS 4 Load, Disable Password

I just purchased a 7230 and i just uploade the new OS 4 to it. I am not on any BES server/ exchange type setting. I actually do not even have the data module setup on it yet. It is just a phone righ now. I know people have asked about disabling the password and I am in the same boat. I have gone through all the option and in the security area it is enable for password (of course), and when you try and change it there is no option for disabling. So if anyone has a clue on how to remove it , let me know. Thanks
