I just downloaded the newest handheld and desktop software. Should I unistall previous versions of both? And what order do I install them so my blackberry will recognize the new versions?
Any help would be great

"Come on" is certainly one way to get people to answer this question.

In any event.

Installed Desktop Manager over the current one.
I personally remove old versions of the handheld OS and then install new ones.
