I have several 8100 users connected to my BES and they are experiencing this issue as well. However, when they try to do the clearing memory as suggested here they are getting a message that they cannot do that because the IT Policy restricts them from doing that and to contact the administrator to change it. The only problem is that the IT Policy on BES has NOTHING at all set, there are no restrictions whatsoever. Anyone else seen this and if so, do you have any ideas?

TIA
