Default Fido to Rogers

I'm just curious if anyone else has done this and what their experience has been? I recently made the move to Rogers to Fido with 1.5 years left on my Fido contract. I wanted to purchase a couple of BlackBerry phones and Fido, at the time, did not have what I needed. I'm just curious if this would warrant an ECF?
