Does the email reconcile function ever work? I did it a few times and waited for like 2 hrs+. The emails that I deleted on the BB were still in Outlook. I made sure that my BB had wireless reconcile ON, conflict - mailbox wins and etc.

You are on BIS, not a corporate BES?

Then no, it never works on BIS to delete from Outlook. It will delete from your mail server.

what do you have the "delete on" field set to? (that's the important one for your question)
