Hello,

We are bring our email in house to an Exchange Server 2007 - we only have two blackberry users (and will not add anymore blackberry's) - currently we are using BIS just to receive emails. The main reason for bring the email in house was to have a shared calendar.

Do we have to purchase the full BES server for several thousand $ or is there a version that is limited to 2 users.

You can use Blackberry Unite, this is for up to 5 users.

I am in the same situation as our friend lqqkn2. We got Exchange 2003 running on SBS 2003 and want to get a Blackberry for the first time after a decade being on Symbian. Main reason is to receive and reply to the emails i'm receiving at my business email (@mycompany.gr)

What i don;t know is whether all sent emails will be also on my Exchange account (therefore MS Outlook). I need to keep archive of all sent/received emails and I'm afraid that it might be messed up with BB and all the 'forwarding' methods. What solution would you suggest, low-cost and with synchronization capabilities of calendar + contacts ?
