Read this forum. All the answers are here.

How long did you let it run before you aborted the process?

You really need to go to the first post and read the first oh 40-50 posts.

There are links to programs to wipe and recover control of the phone again.

Good luck

Went from .62 -> .108 and it's horrible.
Phone is just showing hourglass on the screen and very slow when not showing.
Wifi works now, but useless in other ways.

Today i downgraded back to .62, everything is okay now.

The when you started the upgrade the desktop software should have created a backup of the phones setting. Did you try restoring?

The backup / restore doesn't backup the OS, just your files and setting I believe so you should be able to restore that stuff.

I take it you re-installed the old OS. If that went good you should really try and get the new one in there. It's A LOT better then the version the phone shipped with.

Good luck

Default 4.16 server features- how to enable once device upgraded

I have the new Verizon 4.5 loaded and working- Doc to go, html email, etc.

i have everything working except it is not clear how to utilize the server features(i have 4.16 working). They are the free/busy checking on appointments and the searching for emails not on the device. Any help would be appreciated.
