What is the easiest way to take a dvd that I own and get it onto my BB Pearl?

Easiest by far, that I've found, is Media Studio for Blackberry...costs about $19, and converts directly from the DVD to your Blackberry, from 1 to four clicks depending on what options you want to set. Handles all models of BBs up to the Bold, and is drop-dead simple to use.

There are other options, free and paid, but Media Studio is the easiest and most reliable that I've found...

<Edit> Forgot to mention - it will do Youtube & Altavista videos as well.

i use a free DVD ripping software to get past the CSS scrambling protection, and BBvideo to convert to use on my handheld

so far it's worked for Iron Man, Office Space, a few other movies, as well as South Park, Family Guy, etc. i forget the name of the ripping software, but i think DVDShrink worked once upon a time.

I use ILEAD dvd to blackberry. Out of most of the programs I've tried this one is the best. I can convert avis for the 8100 and convert videos the verizon 8130 which only uses 3gp
