Default iTunes help

Please Login to Remove!

Hy all I just got my blackberry storm today and need help with my iTunes and I have a couple questions.
1) Is it possible in anyway to put iTunes videos on my storm?
2) I used media sync to put songs from iTunes on my storm but it only worked for 2 songs and the others were protected so what do I do?

Thanks for helping a new storm owner.

1) Yes if they are DRM Free, you cannot put the videos that you purchased from the iTunes store. For unprotected videos just drag them to your desktop, and then put the file on your media card. Your Storm supports the following video extensions ... MPEG4 H.263, MPEG4 Part 2 Simple Profile, H.264, WMV

2) You could burn the protected files to a CD, then put the CD back into your computer and rip the files back to the computer .. Takes a some time to rename them, however it works well.

You can't burn your iTunes videos to disk ... Not the DRM ones anyway.

You are using iTunes right?

How To Customize Your Itunes Display Information If You Have A PC (Technology: iTunes: Tips for PC Users)

Make sure you check the box that says "KIND" .. Don't copy anything that ends in p ... Example m4p

Or files that say "Purchased or Protected"

You are very welcome ... Remember to that Google can be your friend, there may be some free alternatives out there as well, however I am a mac user so my application of choice won't work for you.
