Since I upgraded, my 7130e decides it wants to help me text faster. Ill be texting and it will automatically apply 2 hit letters as two single hit letters. For example, texting talk will come out as taljj . It only does it when i text more than a couple words at a rapid pace, why is this, and does anyone know of a fix? This is a big annoyance and almost wants me to go back to 4.1 since thats my main usage of my bb. Thanks for your help

And while i'm at it, ive got a long SMS tone that lasts about 30-40 seconds, when it plays, it does not stop no matter what until its gone all the way through. This doesnt happen with built in tones, even if the tone lasts 1 second. Ive tried with the setting of playing the tone 3 times or 1 time, I figured since I had put the setting to 1 play it was just going to play it all the way through, but putting it on 3 yields no difference. Can anyone help me with this also?

I donxxx8217;t know too much about these things, but a little bit more information is needed. Are you using SureType or multi-tap, do you have an auto text set to change talk to taljj (by mistake), are you saying that this didn't happen in 4.1.

Type with more attention to proper spelling until suretype learns all your custom words. Sometimes even the simple ones can be a problem when all your word lists have been deleted. Seems to me that this takes up an awful lot of room on your berry but when in place works well.
