Tateau,
I'd like a brightness adjustment for BBLight.
My BlackBerry Bold can go down to 1% brightness using the BlackBerry API call, but the BlackBerry Settings->Screen only goes down to as low as 10%.
The 1% mode is used in the clock BedSide mode, which is wonderfully dim -- perfect for usage in the bedroom without waking a spouse up. And very easy on the battery too.
Yes this is a great app. I have a wish list also.

If bb light could change the backlight timeout from user defined to the the maximum duration when "activated" and active then back to the user value defined value when "deactivated" wouldn't that minimize the "pulsing" effect of the bb light and backlight timeout "war" to keep the light on? Just a thought.
This App was exactly what I was looking for and keeps the backlight on whenever I'm using it. The only problem I have come across though is the backlight issue for the keypad. I've searched this thread from beginning to end, and didn't see anything addressing the issues of the keyboard backlight automatically dimming. My BB dims, even with BBLight activated. It goes on and off in different light conditions even though the screen is always backlit. Am I missing a setting, or did I just not see an option for it?
Am currently using a VZW 8330 on OS 4.5.0.77, BBLight 1.95

I just upgraded my OS to 4.5.0.160, and after I did my Enterprise Activation, I found that my BBToday and BBWeather both give the same error message for the weather portion.
"Missing XOAP 'link' parameter in request."
I have removed the tow apps, and reinstalled them to no avail. I am using versions: BBToday (1.5) and BBWeather (0.83). Both apps seemed to work prior to having to run the activation; so I could receive my mail and access my browser.
Any idea what I need to do to get these two apps to work? They are both great - I refer to both of them multiple times every day.
Patience and someone to modify the code. Apparently The Weather Channel, whose data is used for this app has changed the protocol for acquiring the data. Both BBToday and BBWeather need to be modified to get the data with the correctly formatted calls.

If you live in my area its very hot.

Anyone with Beta OS 5.0 try out BBWeather v0.87? I downloaded JDE 5.0 Beta today and BBWeather v0.86 crashed in the 5.0 simulator. I found 3 places in the code that made it crash, fixed them and now v0.87 runs in the simulator. I don't have 5.0 on my phone so can't try it on a real device.
I wish that the BBToday program issue with all day events showing for the prior dates could be rectified. This is the only issue I have with this great program.
