I have an odd issue, sync seems to work just fine for all of my users except one. He can put stuff on his calendar on his outlook, and it comes thru on the handheld, but when he puts stuff on the handheld, it doesnt show up in outlook. It is quite strange. Everything else works just fine. Any ideas where to look to start?

If it is only one user it is most likely either an issue with device/OS or their mailbox.

Is the user a member of any protected / special Active Directory groups?
