Can anyone help me on this. (and don't make too much fun of me for doing this) but in my attempt to load some themes onto my 7130e which i got from a link in a thread in this forum (downloaded from megaupload.com) I did the following:

1.) Downloaded them ZIP
2.) Used Apllication loader to load.
3.) The new themes did not show up under "Themes"
4.) So i went back to application loader and unchecked the themes i just installed so I could remove whatever i just installed.

After removal NOW I ONLY HAVE the black and white VERY basic screen of icons. AND when i now go to options, there is no THEMES in the list anymore.

I took the battery out and rebooted but nothing.

Can anyone help me on getting back my original themes????

I would start Desktop Manager and Application Loader and check every theme! See what happens then. I am not familiar with the megaupload.com themes - I used the ones from mobile.blackberry.com and they are great on the 8700c.

Did that already and nothing. What concerns me is when I go into options on my BB there is no more "themes" in the list.

If someone could point me to a theme they know works on a 7130 i could load that and see if it works.

I think you need the base theme for any of the themes to work.
Can I suggest doing a full backup, then wiping out the BB using Javaloader and reloading the OS and then restoring.

For the theme to show up on the Options->Themes screen you have to first load the theme_reader.cod file. It may also require a reboot.

Solved the problem *kinda* I had my carrier give me a new 7130
