Using Blackberry Desktop 4.1. When I double click on the IntelliSync icon, the first option is Reconcile Mail, but it is unchecked and completely grayed out.

Is this option only available on Redirector, or is there something wrong, or some way I can turn this on? Anything to bring Outlook and my BB closer in sync, especially on deleted mail, would be great!

How do you send/receive mail? Through a POP server? Exchange? Domino?

Then no, you do not have the ability to reconcile mail with Outlook It reconciles wirelessly with your Verizon BlackBerry Internet Service mailbox, but it will not reconcile on Outlook.
