Looking in the Applications list under Options > Advanced Options you should see an app called Application Center. Does anyone know what this is on the Tour and whether it can be safely removed or not? Searches on Application Center have turned up nothing useful in regards to this specific model of the BlackBerry.

its for carriers to display applications.
you can remove it, alot of carriers aren't using it yet.
