Ok, I do not like any themes for the 8700c. Will older themes work? Can I create my own?

Please search and look in the Ringtones, Themes and Wallpapers dedicated forum. There are tons of threads about 8700 themes.

Check out http://mobile.blackberry.com for some nice themes.
