Having an issue with my BES 4.0 server. To resolve it, I would like to rebuild it but I have misplaced my BES software.

Is there someplace I can download the BES software from? I've checked on Blackberry's support site and i see all the hot fixes, maintenance and updaters.

You need a T-Support agreement to download the full version of BES.
Additionally, BES 4.0 hasn't been supported by RIM for a while. I doubt you could even get it anymore.
Time to upgrade to a current version.

Unfortunately, upgrading from 4.0 to 5.0 is not an option for us at this time. Just too expensive for us.

Maybe someone could make a copy of the v4.0 software for me and mail it to me? I don't need any of the licensing info. I have my own SRP Identifier, I just need the software.

BES Express 5 is free, if you dont have the need for complex IT policies it might suit you well.
