Even though i don't have any new messages, the LED stays red (no blinking). I've tried a quickpull, batterypull, turning the power off & on but nothing seems to work. How do i fix this?

Have you possibly exposed the unit to liquid? Even moisture from a sweaty pocket has been an issue for some.

What about shock? Did you drop it?

Nope, i have not exposed it to liquid or dropped it.
