Default Telenav error

Please Login to Remove!

When I try to install Telenav (witch is pre-loaded on my bold 9700) I get an error that says. "HTTP Error 502: Bad Gateway. The gateway received an invalid response from the server when trying to fulfill your request". Now I don't know why I'm getting this error. I've used Telenav in the past, in fact, I'm still paying 9.99 a month for it. I get the same error when I try and download it from the web or the BB app store. Anyone know of a fix for this?
Thanks,
Patrick.

What OS is on the 9700?

Here is what the error means:HTTP Error 502 Bad gateway Explained

Maybe a call to T-Mo would be in order. IS this a T-Mo BB and using T-Mo's telenav feature?

Yes, It's a Tmo BB, and the telenav is preloaded on it. Your right, I need to call them anyhow BC is says I can't use visual voice mail either and I have an Unlimited Minutes, with an Unlimited BB data plan with Unlimited texting, so I should be able to use EVERYTHING.. LOL.. thanks a lot though man..
Patrick.
