Hi I'm from South-Africa, I'm going to Los Angeles. I would like to find out how much will it cost me to activate my blackberry services there. Can someone please help me?

AT&T BIS is $30 a month plus a qualifying voice plan on a 2 year contract. Is the 9800 unlocked?
