Hi guys, problem is really strange, years ago I bought BB9000 in Italy, Vodafone as I found now, go to vodafone.blackberry.com and set up my email accounts, and forget about it.
Now the most interesting, now I'm using blackberry in Russia, I've already turned on BIS-B, received service books, EDGE is high, but can't set up email from my phone (cause I already done it on Vodafone web site
)
I can request password, it's OK
I CAN'T request login (username) I
forgot years ago (tried everything I used, nothing)
My local provider can't find my account (mts.blackberry.com) so they can't say me my Login
Support on the website tells nothing "contact your service provider" that's all
So I need to reset my PIN in VODAFONE or BLACKBERRY pin bases in order to register it again, or somehow to restore my login, phone was bought like potato w/o contract, so I can't call to VODAFONE support, nothing to say to them
Any ideas?
