Default Double email accounts

Please Login to Remove!

Switched out my phone to fix the squeaking trackpad issue. Did a restore I had saved from my old 9930 and had to start a new BIS account cause the dude at Verizon wiped all mine out for some reason. He was trying to delete old ones and ended up deleting them all. So now when I logged into my phone from my new account it added the two emails again. So I have two entries for my personal email account and two for my school account. So now I have double contact list and calendar entries. Is there a way to fix this besides wiping the phone and not doing a restore just starting fresh? I deleted all the contacts from one of the gmail accounts but don't feel that is a real "fix".

Resend your Service Books.

If that does not work, go to the Service Book list on the device and delete all the [CMIME] entries for the double email addresses and then send the Service Books again.

Just ended up doing a wipe and reinstalling fresh it was easy only had the phone for a few days. I can't get my phone to sync my contacts from either of my Gmails now. I have it set to sync on the BIS page and I have resent the service books. I am not getting that synchronization part where I enter my password and it sends it through. Any help on getting that?

Is there a way to force the sync so I get the two service books? Those are the only ones not listed in there.

Nevermind just deleted both the account and readded them on the BIS and that forced the sync with the phone.
