I just upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003 on my XP Pro machine and now my 7100 won't sync. I was running the 4.0 BB Desktop so I upgraded that to 4.1. Still no go. Anyone have any ideas?

I have had problems when I upgraded the Desktop Manager instead of uninstalling the old one and rebooting. You may have already done that.

Whats the error your getting when you synchronize? Also with Outlook 2003 be sure that the Business Contact Manager is not installed as this will cause synch issues.

I uninstalled the 4.0 Desktop Manager, rebooted, installed the 4.1 Desktop Manager, rebooted. Setup my synchronization and then synchronized. There appears to be no errors on synchronization as Desktop Manager reads both the Handheld and Outlook but no data actually get synced.

I have the same problem... What gives? How can we sync to Outlook 2003?

Nevermind... the issue seems to be Business Contact Manager... I uninstalled that and now my BB syncs just fine... Outlook runs better as well.
