Default Email syncing problems, q10

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
I've set up my virgin media email account but the only folder which syncs is my inbox, none of the others do and it doesn't show sent items or anything. It's really annoying me. I've been through all the setup, folders etc and just can't work it out.
Any tips please?

Show sent mail - Change how messages are displayed in the BlackBerry Hub - How To - BlackBerry Q10 Smartphone - 10.1

That would take care of the sent items, but what other things are not syncing? Are you on a Q10 or a 9780?

Thanks, zombie berry I can see the sent items but they're not syncing I.e. It says there's no sent items even though there are.
Doc/doc I've no idea, sorry!

From what you describe it sounds like you're using POP.

Change to IMAP.

How to use IMAP in Virgin Media Mail

Then delete and re-add the account on the handset using IMAP settings.

Zombie berry, I've about eight other folders which just aren't syncing at all. Inbox and sent seem to be working now but not the others! Also, my inbox only displays back to the past week and not the full inbox, why is that!? God as much as I love this phone all this technical stuff is driving me mad!
