I just switched from a 7105 to 8700- my browser icon is missing. I have done the alt click thing, but still can't find it. I know it was there yesterday- ?????

Yes you can sync with outlook via a BT conntection, I believe there are extended batteries for the 8700c but I'm not sure if they have them for any other 8700s as the battery door may be different on other models.

Take the battery out, wait a few seconds, put it back in. Go to Options>Advanced Options> Host Routing Table and Register Now. Then go to your BB account and resend the service books to your phone.

Okay, I don't know what I apparently did to my 8700c, but the NUM key isn't working to activate numbers. It's acting just like the CAP key, so currently, the only way I can punch in a number is to use ALT + NUM to activate the number lock, punch in the numbers, and then push NUM again to remove the lock.

Very annoying.

Novica, you need to learn to use your BB, and some of the simple operating tips. Check the link in my signature to Stinsonddog's tips, scroll down to the 8700 and download the file to read.

Lock the keyboard by tapping K when you have disabled homescreen shortcuts. Read this link: Home Screen Shortcuts - BlackBerryFAQ

Default sigh

I have an 8700G. Is there really, truly, actually no light for the keyboard? I thought this must be a mistake but I went to the TMobile store and the guy confirmed it. Of course he also tried to sell me something else, so...
