haha, if NYC does that, they'll need to ban picking your nose and walking, looking at ladies while walking, reading the newspaper and walking... and on and on. All of those things are just as distracting as use of a cell phone or BB while walking. Not to mention trying to keep one eye on the thug crossing the street towards you at the same time.

I'm disabled too. It doesn't mean you can't have it with you. It just means not to use it while driving.
