Okay here's what happened. When I was at the reconnecting to JVM part. An error popped up stating that the Application Loader was unable to connect with your device. Please re-connect your device, enter the password, if required, and click Retry.

Enter the password. during a reload the BB will sometimes lock. Did the DM see the BB at first? what are you using to do the reload?

Im using the Apploader to do the reload because my DM wont recognize my phone although as soon as I plug the phone to the PC, my computer recognizes the phone
