I still can't use Opera Mini. I had to uninstall it.

I had problems too that it wouldn't get through step 1 of network setup.

Battery reboot of the device cleared it up. If all else fails, remove battery, restart and see if problem still exists. Starting to become my motto.

yea, It actually freezes and I have to do a battery pull. You'd think I woulda learned to not use opera while out after a 100% freeze rate, but I want it to work just that much.

I'm having the same exact problem with opera mini. It just stopped working. I have the same settings, didn't change anything. It says its loading the page but never loads. It also no longer connects to the internet. I tried battery pull. No luck. Next I will try uninstalling, installing again. Oh, and the blackberry browser works just fine. I found a thread in these forums that suggested unchecking a bunch of settings in the blackberry web browser options and now its much faster.

To speed up the blackberry browser, in the browser go into options then browser configuration then uncheck everything except "prompt to enable JavaScript" and "support embedded media". This worked for me.

Mind you, its still not as fast as opera mini but it is much faster than it used to be and my opera mini isn't working anyway.
